The asymmetric forward milling method can ensure that the cutting edge can be cut off from the metal smoothly, the chip bonding contact area is small, and it is easy to be thrown off under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, so as to prevent the chip from peeling off and collapsing on the front face of the tool when the cutter tooth re-enters the workpiece, and improve the durability of the tool.
